At the JENSEN-GROUP, we love surprises – especially for birthdays and other nice occasions.
We do not like surprises that will cost us extra money or take extra time. Because you probably feel the same way, we have made your spare parts orders easy to calculate. No surprises, no hidden costs:
 
You can choose one of the following services during checkout:
  • UPS Next Day Air Early AM
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS Ground
We will ship all your orders as quickly as possible – our promise:
  • Parts in stock are shipped immediately, also in partial deliveries. The shipment costs will only be charged once.
  • In case your order cannot be shipped by our regular shipping courier, we will reach out to you. 
  • Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 14.00 on working days Monday to Friday are generally dispatched on the same day. (Except public holidays)
  • The average delivery lead time is 2-5 working days.
You'll receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email you receive when your package ships from our warehouse. In some cases, we may not be able to submit a tracking link.
