FAQ

Step 1: Open Chrome Settings

    1.    Launch Google Chrome.
    2.    Click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the browser.
    3.    Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Go to Privacy and Security

    1.    In the left-hand menu of the Settings page, click Privacy and Security.
    2.    Look for the section labeled Cookies and other site data.

Step 3: Clear Browsing Data

    1.    Under Privacy and Security, click Clear browsing data.
    2.    A pop-up will appear with options to clear data.

Step 4: Choose to Clear Cookies

    1.    In the pop-up window, go to the Advanced tab.
    2.    Check the box for Cookies and other site data.
    3.    You can also select a time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).

Step 5: Confirm Deletion

    1.    Once you’ve selected your preferences, click the Clear data button.
    2.    Wait for Chrome to delete the cookies.

Step 1: Open the Sign-In Page
    •    Go to the application’s sign-in page as you normally would when logging in.

Step 2: Click “Forgot Your Password?”
    •    Below the password field, look for a link or button labeled “Forgot your password?” Click on it.

Step 3: Enter Your Email
    •    On the next screen, you’ll be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. Type in your email and click “Send verification code” 

Step 4: Check Your Email for a Verification Code
    •    Open your email inbox. You should receive a message from the application with a 6-digit code (or similar).

Step 5: Enter the Verification Code
    •    Return to the password reset page, and enter the verification code you received. Click “Verify code”.

Step 6:Click continue

Step 7: Set Your New Password
    •    Enter a strong password that meets the requirements and click “Continue”.

Success!
    •    After submitting, you’ll be redirected to the webshop.

In Summary:
    1.    Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
    2.    Enter your email.
    3.    Check email for a code.
    4.    Return and enter the code.
    5.    Create a new password.
    6.    Log in with your new credentials!
